Windows 10: Why my pc wont show either all cores or all threads?

Well, if you look into my device manager and look into processors you can see I most likely have 4 logical cores or threads if you call them the same.I used this laptop like from 2019 or so and I remember that if I went to MSConfig and then boot and select processors I could choose up to 4 cores. But after doing a reset of the whole system, after my system was corrupted, in the same place now were being shown only 2 cores and if I go to task manager it only says 1 core and 2 logical operators. After I did some research it doesn't seem to even exist a CPU like this at least not my model. And I

True core and memory clock on my GFX...what should I trust?

i have the list of nvidia core and shader steppings if you like, it shows the requested clockspeed versus the effective clockspeed.

Got my new PC but it wont turn on...

well im starting back up on it now and I have no clue why my pc wont at least show me bios or anything its not even a blank screen just video isnt detected, any suggestions?
