Windows 10: Why my product key not work.

I just built a new PC for my GF using some of my old pc parts. I tried to used my window 11 key but it said that this key was used on another account. So I get her a new window key and still trouble shooting because it's said this key is already used on another device. Is there anyway I can fix it?

I suggest you to try to activate Windows by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

i know the product id but forget the product key

There is still a way to search for your product key. Kindly follow the steps below for you to know your product key:

• Press Windows key + X
• Click Command Prompt (admin)
• Enter the following command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Then hit Enter

The product key will be revealed, copy the product key then enter it.
