why my screen color looks so bad and not normal as usual after windows update i tried to reset the system and still look the same does anyone know how to fix this

Colors looking grey in Windows 10

I understand that the colors look grey on your computer. I would suggest you to check the color filters in Settings and see if that helps. Kindly, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + U, to open
   Ease of Access Settings.
   
2. Now, select Color filters from the left pane.
   
3. Under Use color filters, toggle the switch to
   off for Turn on color filters.
   
4. Clear the check box for Allow the shortcut key to toggle filter on or off.

Cannot customize colors in windows 10 and bad update setting.

As regards window header text color: that's actually specified in the theme file that you're using. The 'colorize the title bar' step that people have been using uses a theme with the text color set to black. Thus while it looks bad, that's by design:
you're using that theme in a fashion which looks bad for it. Using a theme with a light text color would be a better starting point for a dark theme.

As regards the other aspects: yes, the team is aware of the feedback here. I'll +1 the feedback via the Insider program.

 

Windows 10 Screen Flashing/inverting colors

Hi,

Since troubleshooting steps were provided, what I can suggest is for you to try to configure the settings on your monitor's color management. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• Open Color Management by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type color management, and then click Color
  Management.
• Click the Advanced tab, and click Change system defaults.
• Click the Advanced tab in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box, and do one of the following:
  
  - To prevent Windows from loading display calibrations, clear the Use Windows display calibration check box.
• Click Close in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box.
• Click Close in the Color Management dialog box.
