Windows 10: Why my snipping tool not catching system audio while I'm performing screen recording in MS...

Why my snipping tool suddenly not catching system audio while I'm screen recording in ms teams and zoom? Can someone please help me to fix this problem? I already tried toggling the Include system audio when recording starts but still, it doesnt work.

Can't screen record with snipping tool.

When I try to screen record with the snipping tool, it loads for a couple of seconds and then denies me. Any suggestions?

Snipping Tool 11.2309.16.0 | Does not show Screen Recording options to record audio

Dear all,

My Windows 11 has been fully updated to 23H2 and my Snipping Tool app is not yet able to record system or microphone audio.

Please find a screenshot of my app below, in which the "Screen recording" options are not visible such as "Include microphone input by default when a screen recording starts" and "Include system audio by default when a screen recording starts".

My Snipping Tool app is running the latest build 11.2309.16.0 and yet no options to record the audio appear.

Audio not recorded in Snipping tool. WASAPI error

Recently when recording screen and output audio using Snipping tool, at the end I get a sign saying "Problems with recording audio. If an open app is using WASAPI exclusive mode, change it to shared mode" and the recording doesn't come up with audio.

The strange thing is that I have used it some weeks ago and it worked fine.

I've checked for updates as well and everything seems to be in order.

Another thing to add is that when recording something like youtube it doesn't happen, but when recording a screen with a meeting in teams for example it does not come out with the audio
