Windows 10: Why my windows 10 has this Guest button and click it doesn't do anything besides logging out?

Why is there a Guest button below my sign out button after I click my profile image from the start. And after clicking the Guest it just sign out from my current account to the log in page which can only log in back to my current account?Someone help me plz what is this Guest account and my family and other users is empty

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
