Windows 10: Why my windows 10 is not working properly?

I don't know what is wrong with my Windows 10, but this is 4th time, approximately, I have to do a clean installation of windows 10 in last 1 and half month.



Windows 10 Home Single Language works fine for some days and then after sometime it always boot to Troubleshoot windows.


No option from the screen works except a clean install.



After clean install, I always install latest update from the Microsoft, still I am facing this issue.



I've also checked health of my hard drive but and it is fine, no issue with the hard drive.



Why am I facing this issue and What to do to get rid of this problem?

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
