Windows 10: Why my windows 11 voice typing error " You need internet for this"

I am trying to use my voice typing on my Windows 11, but it says: "You need internet for this" 0x800704cfBut I do have internet.Please help; voice typing is vital for my work.Thanks.

I am facing a problem with voice typing in Windows 11 whether using Word file or browsing through voice typing. The error is shown in the image I shared. But I am already connected to Internet. But still the problem persists. Why is voice typing not working ? Kindly help

• Check if both English and Korean are listed under Preferred languages. If not, click on Add a language to add the missing language pack.
  

Verify the Speech Language Settings

Windows 11 voice typing feature relies on the speech language settings to determine which language it should recognize.

• Navigate to Settings > Time & language > Speech.
  
• Under Manage voices, make sure you have the voices for both English and Korean installed. If a voice is missing, you can download it by clicking on Add voices.
  
• Also, check the Windows display language and Preferred languages settings to ensure they are correctly set for your multilingual needs.
  

Use the Windows Key + H Shortcut

When you want to switch between languages for voice typing:

• First, ensure the correct language keyboard is selected. You can switch between keyboards by clicking on the language icon in the taskbar or by using the Windows key + Spacebar shortcut.

Windows Voice Typing - Internet Error (all of a sudden)

I have been very happily using Voice Typing for the past 18 months, its been super reliable and very helpful.

However this morning when I hit WIN "H" I got a message that says "You'll need internet for this". I verified that my internet was ok, I tried wired, wireless, disconnect all bluetooth devices (so there was no shared internet...). Shut down and restarted multiple times, but nothing corrected the error I was getting.

I have tried to search for others having the same error with Voice typing, but I have found nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?
