Windows 10: why my windows showing some error?

my windows 10 is showing an error code (0xc0000005) when i try to open any app on my pc .moreover my system is not shutting down from past few days due to that error and nothing is working what to do ?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
