Windows 10: Why my wireless headset does not work properly with my desktop but seems to work just fine...

Basically title, I have an EDIFIER W600BT, which is bluetooth 5.1Whenever I try to use it on Windows 10 on my desktop, I can only hear or only talk, never both. Both on discord and on games like CS GO... When I use it with my phone or my companys notebook, It works like a charm on discord.On desktop, I use a USB UGREEN Bluetooth dongle: Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter which I installed the driver from their site, but it worked the same without itWhy it doesn't work? We need to know if the issue is with the computer or headset. To isolate the concern, provide us the following information:

• Are you using a laptop or a desktop?
• If you're using a laptop, does the built-in speaker works?
• Are you using a USB headset or does your headset has a 3.5mm jack?
• Do your headset works on other devices?
• Have you tried using other headsets on your computer?

Wireless headset "paired" in bluetooth, but doesn't automatically connect when turned on.

I moved the card from my old motherboard to the new one. I know it's working properly because once I go through all those steps I listed above I'm able to use my wireless headset just fine. It's just that before it used to connect automatically, and now it doesn't for some reason.
