Windows 10: Why .Net 4.8 doesn't installs on Windows 10?

I installed updates including .net update to 4.8, but after restarting the system, "reg query" HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ NET Framework Setup \ NDP "" showed that I only had 4.0 installed. Online installer won't start. Offline too. The rest of the software not Microsoft was installed normally. I tried to run 4.5.2 offline installer - the same result. Restarting the system doesn't help. The OS no longer sees updates. Windows 10 Education N 1803 x64.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
