Windows 10: Why no history on the back and forth buttons?

Why can I no longer see the dropdowns showing the history on the back and forward buttons? Will microsoft ever stop removing useful features?

IE11 Google Toolbar no auto search suggestions, no search history?

Since the last Win 10 update my Google Toolbar won't list any search suggestions as I type and there is no search history listed. The Google tool bar will allow a search, but after a few searches no search history shows and no "clear search" button is listed either.

I have turnd on "Suggest searches as you type", and "store search histroy on my computer" in the Google Toolbar options.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Hi,

I suggest you to try resetting Edge and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
Refer the steps below to reset Edge.

Steps:-

• First of all launch Microsoft Edge Browser.
• After that click on “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.
• Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
• Once you click on this option you will see list of feature like

• Browsing History
• Cookies and saved website data
• Cached data and file
• Download history
• Form data
• Password.

Back Button History

I think people are saying that they don't get a drop-down list of the tab's history (like in other browsers).
