Windows 10: Why PC gets Force Shutdown after 20%

PC gets Shutdown Automatically after 20%. And battery goes to Zero. Need to Plugin Charger to just even start this after force Shutdown. Have Already set default settings in balance power options. Earlier before 1-2 weeks it was all normal. The Battery use to show critical at 10% and force shutdown on 5%. But now it doesn't even automatically start power saver and get shut at 20% only and battery goes to zero. Battery doesn't have issues I think because it Last's 2-2.5 hrs until it goes to 20% or below. Please help me with this problem. This all problem started after formatting and

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

How to force shutdown on laptop lid close ?

Hi,
I want to force a shutdown when the user close the laptop lid even if MSWord is open and the document was not saved.
Any suggestion ?

Power cycle your device. Here are the steps:

• Force shutdown your computer by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Remove all the attached cables for 2 minutes then put them back on.

If the same thing happens, we suggest that you perform the reset again.
