Windows 10: Why Pearson Onvue not let me open app

Every time I go to open Onvue App before my test to make sure everything is good and it gives me good to go. But when I go to do the test at 15 mins early either it says that my my internet is not good enough or the whole app won’t even open. So like I’m confused how it can say everything good for pre check but once down to it. It won’t do anything. Please help!

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Pearson VUE or Certiport

I'm looking to take of the Microsoft certs and I can see that you can buy the exam voucher via Pearson or Certiport.
Certiport being much cheaper $79 with retake Pearson is $129 w/o retake.
And it says Certiport is owned by Pearson VUE.
Can anyone tell me what is the difference ?
