Windows 10: Why pre installed Windows Pro laptop is costlier than cost of same configuration DOS laptop...

Hi,Recently I was checking the cost of laptop over internet and observed that the cost of preinstalled Windows 11 Pro comes higher that the quote for a supplier who was selling the same make and model configuration DOS laptop and OEM license separately.

Anyone know the cost of upgrading a brand new OEM Windows 10 Home OS to Windows 10 Pro?

I don't actually have the laptop yet I need to know the difference in cost to work out whether the discount on the pre-configured laptop is worth the hassle / cost

Is there a way to switch to windows 11 pro from pre-configured windows 11 edu

I am in the final steps of purchasing a Lenovo ThinkBook laptop for a good deal.

The only thing is that I will use that laptop for business and personal purposes, and the laptop has in it's configuration and specification mentioned that it has Windows 11 EDU pre-installed (probably digital license or something).

Is there a way, on the initial setup of the windows to switch to another version like home or pro?

I need in the end to be home or pro.

any laptop with more than 1GB of ram will run windows 7, i'd suggest a core 2 duo with 2GB.
