Windows 10: Why random processes are crashing in my windows 11 pc ?

I just reset my windows 11 yesterday but this is happening

all games crash!

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Constant random crashes

I have been trying so hard to figure this out, but I can't find the common thread. Here is what has occurred so far.

• Bought the PC from IBuyPower, its this one - Custom PC Builder: iBUYPOWER®
  

• It unfortunately came with Windows 11 Home, which I was not a fan of.
  
• Set it up with all my software, Steam, Avast, Notepad++, Etc. Nothing overly important.
  
• Used my code from my old PC to upgrade to 11 Pro, this is when the fun began.
  
• Started crashing at random, no particular reasons I could find.
  
• Decided it is probably Win 11 being released too soon. Wiped the drives entirely, fresh install of Windows 10. Used key to activate to Pro.
  
• Kept Crashing, so I activated driver verifier. Got all sorts of stuff, but seem to be indicating Avast as the issue. Uninstalled Avast.
  
• Installed generic AV from ISP, moved on. Crashes come back.

In case it comes up, heat has not been an issue.
