what is click,aweber and how or why does it have the authority to refuse to connect to a site I often accessed before?

I have gone in though powershell and enabled it but the connection is still refused. The device does make conetact but I cant tell exactly why windows is refusing the co.

I would love to figure out how to get step by step loggs of that communication between the device and windows from windows. just dont know how.

 

Chrome and Edge refuse to connect to a website

I have a desktop running Windows 10 and I currently work from home as do many. My desktop refuses to connect to a site that I need for work when using Chrome or Edge. There's no problem with Firefox though. Also, my laptop happily connects to the site using Chrome. Does anyone out there have any suggestions that I can try? Thanks in advance.
