Windows 10: Why remove a Word Proccessing app that I use Regularly?

Like most Microsoft Windows Users, I use WordPad on a regular basis. And now on an update, you're planning to remove what I use?! Dirty Duties, Microsoft! Dirty Duties! If I am forced to pay a subscription to Office 365, I will go on YouTube and go to town on insulting this brand of Operating Systems, because I will not tolerate this corporate griefing on consumers like myself! And believe me. I will not hold back on the heavy insults due to bad business decisions.

Removing a word from dictionary

I believe that you are talking about the "suggested words list". It is stored in a file called DYNCOMPDICT.DAT in the Windows folder.



You can use a note editor to edit it in order to remove the offending word...

Remove suggested words from Windows touch keyboard

There is a word I type regularly using the on screen touch keyboard in Windows 10. The word is not in the default dictionary. It should be typed with an initial capital and the remainder of the word in lower case. This is how the word appears in my custom
dictionary for spell checking.

However, the word always appears in my suggested words on the on screen touch keyboard in all capitals. I do not know how to remove this from the suggested words or change it so that it is just the first letter that is a capital. I tried to remove the word
from my custom dictionary, but the keyboard still suggests the word in all capitals.

How do I remove this word in all capitals from the suggested words or change it so that it is just the first letter that is a capital?
