Windows 10: Why roblox

I recently had to reset my laptop and all of a sudden when i go to play roblox when i open the app or press play in the browser my screen goes white and i can hear the game but shortly after a error message “An unexpected error occurred and Roblox needs to quit. We’re sorry!” i’ve done heaps of things like uninstalling clearing temp and app data, trying different browsers. i don’t get why it’s not working now.
