in Windows 10 Software and Appstaskbar not showing when mouse is at the bottom of screen. Auto hide taskbar is on: When any application is in fullscreen even in background, taskbar doesnt show up when mouse on it. Even when auto hide is off it doesnt show up unless clicked on.
