Windows 10: Why some android apps are in Windows Notification thanks to Phone link and not others ?

Hi, I have 2 apps that are sending me regular notifications on my Android phone, Geev and Leboncoin. Every works perfectly on the Android phone.But when I am on Windows 11, where Phone Link is installed, I only receive notifications from Geev, and NEVER from Leboncoin, why ?I have investigated and looked into Phone Link settings, but Leboncoin has the same setting as Geev:so there is no reason Windows is not sending me leboncoin notifications.When I look at the notifications in Windows settings, l can see that Leboncoin is not listed there ! why ?This explains why I do not get any notification

Sorry, that turning off Network Notifications should be there, unless your vendor disabled the advance features.

Android will automatically display a notification when an open Wi-Fi network is available.
To turn off this feature:

• Go to Settings > WiFi.
• Tap on the Menu key > Advanced.
• Uncheck "Network notifications"

What make and model is the phone; and, who is the carrier.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
