Windows 10: Why some of explorer shortcut doesn't work?

Hello, I'm having issue with my Windows 11.After some several updates within few months, I just realize that some of explorer shortcut didn't work like it should be. I have cheked in the registry but I found nothing. Shortcut that I'm issuing is Ctrl + Shift + N which it should create a new folder and Shift + Right Click which it should open the Show more options when right clicking a file or folder. My Windows version is Windows 11 22H2 OS Build 22624.1610.I would appreciate for any help. Thank you.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I suggest you to run the 'Internet Explorer Performance' troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type 'Troubleshooting' in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All on the top left pane.
• Click on Internet Explorer Performance and follow the on screen prompts for troubleshooting.

internet explorer doesn´t load any page

I tryed all 3 methods but got no success.

The funny thing is that IE is working fine on a new created test account (like method 3 suggests) but after this I switch back to my account and confirm IE is useless.

In sum IE not working on my account which is the admin one, but it is working on other accounts I create.

Doesn´t make sense to me...
