Windows 10: Why the black screens?

So, I share an issue similar to others. As when I scroll through youtube, netflix, discord, etc, especially most often when I stream on discord to my friends in VC and lately, roblox too. On youtube and other browser tabs, my whole screen goes black for a second. I still hear audio and everything. On discord, both top and bottom of my screen goes black beneath discords tab, and when it happens, I cant see my cursor until I click on another window cause I always keep discord out of full view. Today, with roblox, same way with discords format, except, the entire background except for roblox w
