Windows 10: Why the windows 11 activation page in setting never loads?

Months ago my windows 11 product key expired or something. So I wanted to reactivate. But I mistakenly used a windows 10 key. Then tried again to reactivate using a windows 11 key but since then the activation page just loads and loads. What's happening here?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

Windows 10 Activation page not loading

If that is the case, we need to create a new user through Command Prompt. To do this, follow the steps here:

• Right-click the Windows logo (Start button), and then click Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt window, type net user [username] /add, and then press
  Enter.
• In the same window, type net localgroup administrators
  [username] /add, and then press Enter.

After performing the steps above, sign-out to your current account and log-in to the new one. In the new account, check if you can access the Activation page in Settings.

Activation page is not loading

I have followed the steps and now when I try to open activation page the settings window gets closed by itself.
