Windows 10: Why there exist contact, phone call, call history setting in windows 10 privacy settings

I mean my laptop also has contacts, phone call, call history? where, as its a laptop

Unable to open "update and privacy settings" (KB4013214)

Upgrade and Privacy Experience (UPX). This update is required before Windows Update will download and install Creators Update. You might be experiencing this issue because the update was not properly applied to your system. We suggest that you check
the Update history on your machine and see if KB4013214 was installed successfully. Here's how:

• On the search bar, type Windows Update settings, and select

• Select Update history.

Privacy Settings Not Working

Hi Mahrin,

You may be having a hard time in accessing the website because of the browser you are using. Kindly answer the following questions so we can help you in resolving the problem:

• What browser do you use to access your Xbox account on the web?
• Do you get a specific error code when you open the privacy settings link?
  
• Did the problem start after applying changes on the PC?

If you are using Windows browsers to access the website, see if deleting the browser history will allow you to open the privacy settings page. Doing this will clear the stored Internet data that may be preventing you from accessing certain websites. Refer
to these links to delete the browser history for Windows browsers:

• View and delete browser history in Microsoft Edge
• View and delete your browsing history in Internet Explorer

It will also give us more information about the issue if you try signing in to your Xbox account and going to the privacy settings page using a different browser.
