Windows 10: Why there is a gap below my task bar about 1 px that shows the top of my screen and...

Hello, for no reason there is gap below my task bar that shows my top of my screen like if I move my mouse cursor at the top of my screen I will see it at the bottom "line" or the bottom "line" will start to flickering. It doesn't have this error the night before but after a Windows Update it appear and I try everything to "fix" it like remove and update nvidia graphic driver, update Intel UHD driver, change resolution, use nvidia as a default graphic card, but has no result, one more thing that I realizes that my Intel UHD drivers said it failed to start and don't know what's that means. Address bar (top screen) & task bar (bottom screen) keep disappearing

Most likely Tablet Mode, as dmholt57 suggests.

Turn On or Off Tablet Mode in Windows 10

Another posibility is accidentally pressing F11 which switches a browser to full screen mode.

 

Windows 11 Task Bar large gap below icons?

I have a second monitor set up, and for some reason the task bar suddenly has a large gap underneath the app icons.





On my primary monitor, the gap is not there.

If I make the second monitor primary, the gap goes away, it doesn't show on either monitor. As soon as I switch it back, the gap shows up again.

I've tried restarting with no luck as well.

What's going on here? How do I get this gap to go away?

 

Cortana search box will not work when task bar is located at top of screen.

I have placed my task bar at the top of my screen for a good 15 years. I also like to have the Cortana search box on the task bar however, when the task bar is at the top the search bar will not display. I do not want to have to hit the search icon in order
to activate a search. I would like this search field to show. If I drag my task bar to the bottom of the screen it appears.

My windows 10 build is 14393.187
