Windows 10: Why there is bcdbackup in my file explorer

When I was trying fix recovery using cmd from start up and I don't have a pen drive but to be honest I am accident download and install windows 11 22h2 english or something I am not sure , that and Please wait while we install a system update then I did delete download windows 11 22h2 and why there is my screen like ghosting few seconds then why my screen look normal few days why look like ghost then normal again why I don't want happen that because of my laptop and I want safe my laptop pls help me why there is bcdbackup files my file explorer pls help my laptop it is 2 years and 1 month of

when i rebuild bcd,run bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup,An error occurred

an ERROR IS The storage export operation has failed and the system cannot find the specified FILE because when laptop startup,screen display Not connected or unable to access the required device Error code 0Xc000000e but，i run bcdedit /export d:\bcdbackup,The screen shows that the operation was successful I run these commands step by step 1.bootrec /fixmbr 2.bootrec /fixboot 3.bootsect /nt60 sys 4.bootrec /fixboot 5.bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup 6.attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s 7.ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old 8.bootrec /rebuildbcd An error occurred in the fifth step i use diskpart and list volume Disk C is only 260M, Disk H is the system disk, Disk D is a removable disk so What command should I enter in the fifth step
