  2. Does Builtin Windows Defender provides Web Protection in Windows 10 1909 Pro 64Bit ?

Hello RAJU.MSC i'm Timon and i'm glad to help you.

Windows Security Center provides you with App and Browser Control, and Firewall and Network Protection, you do not need any more protection than that.

If you use any third-party web protection tool, it will be listed there.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Malwarebytes Web Protection Won't Enable

Yesterday afternoon MB blocked several attempts while on a web site. No problem though. This morning Web Protection is off. Trying to enable it says it's "Starting" and then reverts to off. Have tried everything I know. Anyone got suggestions?

Attempting to run a scan is an instant failure. Only lasts a millisecond and finds nothing.
