It shows an option for .zip files. Isn't a .cbz file just a .zip with meta data? Also why can't i just view .zip files without extracting them? it just takes up more space to make a copy of an already existing file and a waste of time. I used to be able to see zipped images just fine with Windows Photo Viewer. The more i use windows 11 the more i feel it is a downgrade from windows 10.Everything just seems less functional and against the importance of user time and productivity in mind given that so many things and features are hidden \ only partially accessible and i have to get to it in a ro

    Extracting Zip Files

Are the step-by-step processes identical? That is, the folder extracted from and the folder extracted to belong to the same hierarchical file system structure. If they are, that suggests mildly the Cumulative Update left an electron or two out of place.

Why there isn't an extract option for .cbz files in Windows 11 File Explorer?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
