Windows 10: Why there's nothing on Microsoft Update catalog website?

Description: I want to update WinRE for our company Windows device and I found a solution from Microsoft document.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/add-update-to-winre?view=windows-11, according to that document, it requires to download update package. When I tried to open it, there's nothing on the website.Problem: Why there's empty content on website - Microsoft Update Catalog ?Thanks.

• Click on “View All” option on top left pane.

Microsoft Update Catalog Website

Not sure the Windows Update troubleshooter can fix the Microsoft Update Catalog Website not being coded particularly well.

3 months later the Microsoft Update Catalog Website still says use IE6 or higher.

I'm using Edge and IE 11. I can vaguely understand Edge being rejected (but really?) however 11 is normally higher than 6. Unless you compare numbers as strings, then it isn't higher.

My question is "Where would be the best place to report the issue so someone might actually fix it?" (For clarification, the issue is that the Microsoft Update Catalog Website is incorrectly rejecting browsers which should pass the version check.)

Are the LAN Drivers from Realtek website and Microsoft Update Catalog same version?

Should I download the latest LAN Drivers from Realtek website manually or wait to get the update via Windows Updates after a Windows 10 clean install?

Realtek website has the LAN Drivers version 10.026 released 2018/5/11
