Windows 10: Why UWP and microsoft store have so many issues without any solution

Hello,

I have a question for Microsoft. I resently had an issue with the store and it doesn't wan't to find ithe latest updates for some apps. I sideloaded the latest editions but after reinstalling them the store installed the old editions again. Furtermore many people can't open the store or it isn't installed on their computer but the problem is that they CAN'T EVEN INSTALL IT. Other common problems are :

1 Taskbar doesn't fully work I had this issue,

2 UMP apps like settings and windows defenter doesn't open and many more.

Seriously half the post I read here are for this issues.

Microsoft please give us a way to fix one and for all this issues.
