Windows 10: Why was a simple comment that literally said I am surprised it wasn't moderated... it got...

I think you have some mods, that are too enthusiastic to moderate the topic chat in your start page news pages, its got to the point people cant reliably comment, as the mods delete the comments.Par examplar : My surprised comment a comment was not deleted... was deleted.Does that sound like a healthy environment to make a feeling known ? Why would I comment on a forum that will just delete my comment ? My comment was not even toxic, just surprised it wasn't moderated... a bad thing guys, you want ppl to comment but your moderator says no comments.

blocked. And you may be confusing moderation here ( Redirecting ) with moderation of comments at www.msn.com

I can't explain the moderation of comments to MSN articles, but here are some observations.

1. You may find useful information at Microsoft News

2. There were so many unacceptable comments that commenting was shut down for a few

months not too long ago.

3. Now that commenting is allowed again, moderation is very restrictive.

4. Moderation is a dysfunctional mess. It's being done via AI, via a bot, not humans and is

random and inexplicable.

5. If a comment you tried to post was banned, that will be in your activity feed, and you

can appeal that decision.

6. I've searched but have not found a way to contact MSN staff regarding this moderation

except the Feedback link that's at the bottom of nearly every MSN webpage. If you receive

a reply to the feedback, it will be a generic reply that doesn't address your specific issue.

Moderation of comments at MSN

Hi,

Maybe, hopefully (if you're real) you can help me. It seems that making a comment to someone is almost impossible because these particular sites are monitored by bots, not real people. I posted a question in the community and it was deleted. For the life of me, I don't know why. Maybe it was too hard of a question to answer or maybe it was monitored by bots. Oh, and please excuse the tone of this post, it is justified frustration.

I had asked the question how does a moderator, if an AI bot, determines what is considered "harassment and/or bullying"? But I haven't received a legitimate answer and my comment was deleted from the community forum. It seems this site has become overly sensitive to people's comments and it is now labeling just about every normal English word found in the dictionary as "harassment and/or bullying". I'm not talking about hateful, derogatory, racist speech. It gets to the point where people cannot comment every day words to each other. I tried making a comment to someone and it was flagged as "harassment and/or bullying". Neither of these is true. And then it has a link saying, "if we made a mistake let us know.", however, this link in blue does not work! This is just ONE of the simple comments being made and my response:

The link does not work!

It is utterly ridiculous, and irresponsible, that people have to spell common dictionary words in another way to post a comment. And AGAIN, I'm not talking about hateful, derogatory, racist comments. I'm talking about everyday dictionary words. Why can I not post the word gender or male or female? What is so hateful about these words? These are everyday words that are in the dictionary.

Who decides what is considered harassment? Because those "community guidelines" are way off base.

  Are you not able to see the Comments section in the file or the comment is missing for the MP3 file in the file section?
  

If the Comment section is missing, I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

Right click on the categories where you see the file section and click on more and scroll down and check on Comments section and check if it helps.

And issues with Microsoft Word 2010, suggest you to post your query in on the below link and check if it helps.
