Windows 10: Why was I charged and paid for a product/service that doesn't exist?

I had an Office 365 subscription for around 9 years. Somehow on 1/22/25, I got a live agent on the phone. I explained that the nature of my work changed and I didn't need the subscription anymore, and only needed cloud storage. I was told I could have 600GB cloud storage on a recurring basis for $5.99 a month. I agreed and was charged $5.99.At the end of February, after a vacation, I picked up back to work. I tried to upload some files and came to find I only had 5GB storage. I contacted Microsoft and was told to pay for it manually online. There was nowhere to do that. I got pushed through to

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Microsoft Teredo Tunelling Adapter doesn´t exist

My teredo tunneling adapter is non-existant on my pc, I´ve tried adding it by legacy hardware but it wasn´t there, I've set DisabledComponents to 0, it doesn´t show up when i view hidden devices and there´s no download for this driver apparently, I´ve
tried a lot of solutions and nothing has worked for me.

Please help me, i can´t play multiplayer games with my friends and neither use party chat on the Xbox App.

nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
