Windows 10: Why when I try to join a game on roblox, I get stuck on the loading screen?

I currently have a windows 10 computer which is around 5 years old. And over the past year, I had encountered this "stuck on the roblox loading screen" phenomenon more times than the last 3 years. I have tried everything from restarting, deleting roblox Then reinstalling the app, using the command prompt commands and ect. I can't really contact my ISP as I need to talk with my parents and I am not looking forward to doing that. I am getting closer and closer to thinking about getting a new computer but I want to make the most out of my laptop. So, are there any answers to why I have been get

there is some weird problem with Roblox. whenever I play Roblox I use my mobile hotspot and it works perfectly fine but today when I connected my mobile hotspot the Roblox website worked perfectly fine but whenever I join a game it freezes on the loading
screen and the Roblox logo doesn't spin (loads) but when I change my wifi to some other connections it works perfectly fine.

can please someone help me with this.

Roblox Black screen issue

Hi, I've been having this issue for a while and it prevents me from being able to load into my game normally. So when I join a Roblox game I see the regular loading screen, then after the loading screen goes away I'm greeted with a black screen. It stays there for about 10-20 seconds then I load into the game. My computer usually runs Roblox on 300-500 fps (depending on the intensity of the graphics) This has been a reoccurring issue, I've tried re downloading Roblox multiple times deleting applications and all the tutorials on YouTube don't work at all. I don't know the rarity of this problem but it's starting to become an issue. I'm loading into games slower giving me less time to gear up or select an item before the game starts. I don't know if this is a ping, fps, or Roblox issue but all my friends seem to load into games fine.

why cant i join roblox game in my roblox account

i keep getting the sensapi.dll error while im trying to join any roblox game in my roblox account.

i was trying so hard to find the cause of this problem and how to fix it. At first i thought the problem was my pc but then i tried playing on my sister's roblox account and she still can play.. so the thing is my roblox account cant join any games bcs of the sensapi.dll.

please help me fix this. im suffering right now. i need to play rob,ox in my account. i spent a lot in that account to buy robux.

It'll we so helpful if u try to figure it out what's the problem and help me to fix it asap cus im so desperate to play roblox in my account
