Windows 10: Why when i want to log in to my accaunt tro my pc it ask me fro another pasword ?

Hello Well the problem is i upgrade my pc and installed a windows 11 on it but the ting is i need to activate my windows licence witch i have but tryed to log in to a windows accaunt on my pc. I insete a my mail inserte the pasword for the first time and then it ask me for my pasword the second time and it seed that my pasword is incorect try multiple times but then windows seed it a problem from there side so what to do because i try concatk the suport but no luck and the second time when it ask you for the pasword why i havea an felling there is difrent password with i have 100 % shor that i
