Windows 10: Why when running backup keep receiving the following error code, 0x80070002

Not sure how to fix the following error code after running backup:0x80070002. Also why when performing off-line scan with Window Defender Antivirus response is can't perform because of an internal antivirus program. This is somewhat confusing since the scan supposedly off-line to detect hard to resolve all virus, malaware issues can someone provide solutions or ideals?
