Windows 10: Why will background videos not play in any browser on Win 10?

The problem began today even before the latest MS Win 10 update. When I browse to websites including my own with any browser, instead of seeing the background video I know is there, I only see a white background. Obviously this is a Win 10 issue. What do I need to do to fix this?

As you have issues watching videos in different browsers, this maybe an issues with the graphics driver not loaded properly.

• What is the Make and Model of the computer?
• What is the exact error displayed on Browser?

Provide us the Event viewer logs by trying these steps:

1. Press Win + X key on the keyboard and choose
Event Viewer.

2. Check theApplication logs and provide us the events that occur when you try to play a Video on the Browser.

Videos not playing

Hi,

I am also having an issue with my videos not playing on any browser for windows 10. So I followed the steps that you listed for the video option but there is
no folder called Display Drivers. There are folders called display adapters and disk drivers however. Maybe I should uninstall one of those?
