    Why will Microsoft Sudoku only allow me to play as a guest and will not renew my subscription?


    My subscription to Microsoft Sudoku expired today and it will not allow me to renew. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but it makes no difference. At the moment I can only play as a guest, the message saying click here to sign in is not responding. What else can I do, as I am not even getting a message saying "to turn off adverts sign in to your account and pay for a subscription".
