    why win 10 is doing this to me


    i have a red gear cosmo 7.1 headphone.But my win 10 is not detecting or not recognising my headphone a op up message shows that usb device not recognised. when i look to the headphone there are 4 buttons 2 is volume control and 1 is rgb and 1 is microphone button each button have on of indicating light but the micropphone light is not turning on . i tried reinstalling driver but not solved i ran troubleshooter it also not solved . but it is working on my other phones and devices but it is not working in my computer what should i do i cant even use my headphone please iam requesting please h
