Windows 10: why win11 can't auto-adjust to background image. like with 7 in past.?

wi7 in the past was much better then win 11 it seems win11 is very blind where photo's or art are only displayed for half or just a middle part and what i try the win 11 don't do well and change background is also not working nor this is legal win11 version.

• Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
• Are you referring to desktop background image or lock screen image?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the background picture and check if it helps.

• In the search type as ‘Settings’ and click on it.
• Select ‘Personalization’, under ‘Background’ option select as ‘Picture’.
• Under ‘Choose your picture’ select any picture accordingly or you can browse the picture from your computer.
