Windows 10: Why Windows 10 1607 does not shown my profile picture like Edge i opening?

other version of i used kinda like Windows 11 or 22H2 of Windows 10 is show my personal microsoft account picture, but why 1607 does not shown? Somebody tell me this why?

I have exactly the same issue on all PCs at home, with different Microsoft accounts.
One point of possible interest: I use EDGE (Chromium). Opening with EDGE my Microsoft account information on the web , my profile picture was not loading. I then discovered that enabling in EDGE the 3rd party cookies, then the profile picture was correctly shown. In conclusion, to operate with EDGE on the web site of the Microsoft account, the user should enable the 3rd party cookies.
This however does solve the issue of the profile picture not appearing in a number of Windows apps (only the Avatar profile is shown in all these cases)
