Windows 10: why windows 11 cannot use small taskbar without scalling?

I used small taskbar in windows 10 but after I upgrade to windows 11 taskbar is big and get a lot of space in screen

This is a petition for Microsoft to add Small Taskbar option in Windows 11. I rolled back to Windows 10 because of unavailability of this feature in Windows 11.

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible after the last updates modify the small size by the registry so far, however you can activate the old windows 10 taskbar in windows 11 and use the small taskbar function by an application called explorerpatcher.

It has the option that you can activate the old taskbar if you want to put it in small mode.
