Windows 10: Why Windows 11 not supported on my PCs Supported Processor?

I am using an HP 15 BW531AU laptop with Dual-Core AMD A6 9220 CPU 2.5 GHz base speed, 2.9GHz turbo speed with integrated Radeon R4 Graphics. I have 8 GB of RAM, and 1TB of HDD in which 25% of space is occupied. Running on latest Windows 10 updates 21H1. I installed PC Health Check and saw that my PC can't run Windows 11 - showing The processor isn't currently supported for Windows 11, same in Setting>Windows Update section. But on Microsoft's official website, my PC meets all required requirements.My PC processor is supported as per - Windows Processor Requirements Windows 10 21H1 Support

Windows 10 Creators Update ends support for Intel’s Clover Trail processors.

Windows 10 Multi processor support

It seems that there is great speculation and guessing all over the net as to which processors windows 10 supports for multi processor xeon systems. There is nowhere, not even on Microsoft's own sites, anything that will clarify or list if windows 10 (or
which editions) support a multi processor system, up to how many physical processors (dual, quad config), what type of processors and if all physical and logical processors are supported and recognized.

I consider this a very big omission on behalf of Microsoft as there are a lot of us out there who do use multi processor systems for our work and would like to know whether to upgrade or not. If there is a list or table that outlines the supported multi
cpu config of the different windows 10 edition, somewhere out there, can someone please point us to that direction.

Introducing Windows 11

Thanks--when I looked at the list the AMD CPUs hadn't been posted. At least some Athlons are on the list, which might make it simpler for you.
