Windows 10: Why windows 23h2 is not showing on my laptop?

I have noticed that windows 23 has been released so I have checked for updates on my windows 11 laptop but there aren't any updates.Then I checked my windows 11 version, and it was 22h2. What should I do to get windows 11 23h2?

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
