Windows 10: Why Windows screen is flickering?

Ні,the Home Screen of my windows is flickering since recently. There is no issue with the graphics adapter. The locked screen is shown normally, only after entering password it shows this behaviour. Any idea for this behaviour?**** moved from german to english Community ****

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
