Windows 10: why windows update says PC cannot update to windows 11 - but PC health check says it can

I would like to upgrade my 10th gen intel desktop to windows 11. Yesterday I updated the BIOS to support TPM 2.0. After that PC Health Check said I can upgrade to windows 11. But Windows Update continues to display message saying the PC does not meet minimum requirements for windows 11. What should I do to enable my PC to be windows 11 upgradeable?thanks,

Health Check Says PC is Compatible for Windows 11 Update, but Isn't in the Settings?

I am trying to update from Windows 10 to 11 but my pc "doesn't meet requirements."

I downloaded the Health Check App and checked it, said it was not compatible

I then went in and enabled my TPM, Health checked it again and it says my pc is okay to download the Windows 11. Although, I go into my setting to updates, it still says requirements are not met. Please help

 

PC Health Check for WIndows 11 update

PC Health Check is saying that my processor (correctly identified as Intel Core i5-7200U) isn't supported, but the list of supported CPUs for update from Windows 10 but the list of supported CPUs for Windows 21H2 on the Microsoft web site includes it. What can I do to resolve this?

Hi, the Windows 11 PC Health Check says my Intel Core i7-770HQ is not compatible. This is not possible.

I checked the list of processors that are compatible and mine is on that list.

Can some please get back to me on this?
