Windows 10: Why winlogon took long in boot up?

My laptop is Inspiron 5559, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD. My laptop is very slow to boot up I know HDD is slow but is this still normal? I already tried the steps here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance/slow-boot-on-windows-10/83d7e818-6511-4789-91fd-38449fcc4615 but nothing changes. So I searched more to see how my machine works while booting up and I found this Windows Performance Toolkit.this is the result:I don't if this is normal. Startup takes too long at Winlogon Init

Hi,

Your boot trace shows that your logon phase took 31s, and 26s was spent loading your user profile.





There is a lot of CPU and disk activities there, generated by the svchost (1580) process.





A quick look at its call stack shows that it's spending most of its time loading the user profile, reading the C:\Users\heinl\Appdata\local\Temp\ path content.





I suggest you delete all the C:\Users\heinl\Appdata\local\Temp\ content, restart your computer and see if it helps.otherwise, you can create a new user profile as suggested by @dalchina

 

Windows 10 - Slow winlogon boot phase on SSD

According to Windows Performance Recorder,
my Winlogon phase is taking 290 seconds to complete:





This thread suggests that it is a HDD bottleneck, but my OS is installed on a 240 GB SSD from Kingston. So I believe something else might be the problem. Any ideas? I have a secondary HDD, but I already tried to boot without it plugged in and the issue persists. Also, my SSD is half empty, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I´ve tracked a few misbehaving processes. Here are some that i think might be the problem. Note how the wermgr.exe process finishes at 159 seconds. Then the sppsvc.exe process starts (likely due to a dependecy) and then the sppsvc.exe process ends at 191 seconds, roughly the end of my winlogon phase. (I've done another WPR trace and the winlogon phase took 192 seconds, just as a FYI).

 

Extremely long and incomplete boot

This may be a long shot. My PC hung at boot yesterday after typing the password - see Can't Login - Further Troubleshooting Steps?

I ran chkdsk c: /spotfix and all is now fine. Someone has also suggested running chkdsk c: /r.
