Windows 10: why wont ads play when i cclick on them in my game?

so through out my game it will open ads that i have to watch ok fine. when i want to do something else in my game that says "watch ads" to access this in the game, it wont let me. i click it and it says loading but never does. i have re-installed twiice checked all setting that i knw of and have the latest update. im puzzled. and angry the game is called hooked inc

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

I suggest you to try installing the game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow these steps to install the game in compatibility mode.

• 
  Download the game from the manufacturer’s website.
  
• 
  Right-click on the game setup file and click on
  ‘properties’.

  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box

ads blocking game play

The ads in the Microsoft games do not stay in the ad box. On Microsoft Sudoku game Daily Challenge, the ad blocks the playing board so there is no way to place a number in the top right squares. I am using an Alienware 14 that has been upgraded to windows
10. Is there any way to get these ads in the correct place so I can play the game?
