    My wifi dissappears when I open genshin impact, or honkai star rail.

    this happens in both genshin impact and honkai starrail and to be noted both games are from hoyoverse company and i only play these 2 games now and 2 games has the same problem and i dont think it happened after a update in windows i guess my computer started having these problems 8 days ago i guess

    Is my genshin impact account still safe if i stay on windows 10 and never upgrade to windows 11?     I keep getting blue screen after opening genshin impact

    I've been having the same issue with Genshin Impact. I deleted the mhypbase.dll file and my game launches now, but will not let me log in to my account. It keeps giving me error 31-4302.
