Windows 10: Why won't I get Arabic numbers while my keyboard language is Arabic?

My keyboard language is set to Arabic Saudi Arabia, keyboard layout- Arabic 101. Although the language is Arabic, when I try writing numbers, it is in English 0123456789. Come on, it's windows 11 already and we still have to face this old problem? It just doesn't make any sense. When the layout is Central Kurdish, I do get the Arabic numbers but I need Arabic keyboard NOT KURDISH. Just how long do you plan on ignoring this problem? This problem was in windows 7, 8, 10 and even in windows 11? Don't send some stupid suggestions like "delete the language pack, restart pc then install the lang

Win10 – Language change Arabic to English

I just bought a 2nd hand laptop by occasion and it has only one problem: the Windows 10 was installed in Arabic language and I need it in English. I do not read/speak Arabic language.
I looked over many YouTube videos in Arabic and English language about how to change the language in Win10. Unfortunately my screens that I see in Arabic language do not match the screens seen in Arabic on YouTube videos/tutorials, so I cannot do a blind click-click and by chance to change it into English.
I can make print screens and then put them in USB stick and upload them here on EE from another PC – that I figure it out.
I do not want to reinstall Win10 from scratch, but of course that is the last option.
Below are the first steps which leaded me to, I hope, Language and Regional Settings in Win10, but where to click further and what to choose?
I really need your guidance in step by step with pictures where shall I click in order to install the English language.
A tutorial in English does not help. I need a tutorial (step by step) in Arabic with pictures.

Thank you for the solution.

By using Central Kurdish Keyboard we are able to type alphanumeric.

1. We are able to type alphabets similar to LPR, but not numeric using the Arabic 101 keyboard.
   
2. We are able to type alpha-numeric using a central Kurdish keyboard, but alphabets are not similar to LPR.
   
3. ex- English alphabet 'C' is similar as "C" in Arabic (Arabic keyboard 101)
   English alphabet 'C' is similar as "K" in Arabic (central Kurdish keyboard)
   

The attached image is the type of keyboard used by the client please suggest windows similar type of keyboard, so that we can type alphanumeric.

Typing in Arabic On E71 With Arabic Keyboard

Hi, I have E71 with arabic Keyboard in addition to English.

1- Some of the English keys are incorrectly mapped like the "." which is written when i press ":" ...

Any clue to fix this?

2- How can I acces the arabic keys? when in sms and choose writing language arabic is not diaplyed, but italian...

how can i add arabic to list and how to access the arabic keys?

in office dicitionary, i have arabic in the listm but can't type arabic.
