Windows 10: WHY WON'T MI NOTBOOK 14 TAKE CHARGE MY NOTBOOK 14 AFTER 93%?

Hello, Everyone how are you?, Hope all will well Actually, i have purchased MI NOTEBOOK laptop last month I am facing ,this above issue my laptop is not charging after 93%.I have talk to customer care but problem remain as same nothing happendCan suggest me how hot fix it. Note:- All done by me like driver unistalled and update nothing happend. Thanking you all.

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

Nokia DT-14

I've bought this desktop stand to charge my bl-5c extra battery, i put it on the DT-14 desktop stand, it takes a hour and a half to charge the bl-5c, but then i put it on the phone and conect the phone to the wall charger and it starts to charge, does
the dt-14 fully charge the battery?

For my experience with the dt-14 i think it doesnt fully charge the bl-5c. anyone with similar problem?
